What You Will Do

• Meet with strategic customers to understand their critical audio and voice AI needs and identify their biggest pain points.
• Engage deeply with customer workflows to identify relevant use cases for Elevenlabs' voice and audio AI technology.
• Work closely with engineers to implement innovative solutions that integrate Elevenlabs' technology into customer products and operations.
• Design and architect bespoke integrations for customers, ensuring that Elevenlabs' technology fits seamlessly into their existing infrastructure.
• Guide customers on best practices for implementing voice and audio AI models to maximize their effectiveness.
• Present the results of your work and proposals for future projects to a variety of audiences, including technical teams and C-suite executives.
• Collaborate with the Research and Product teams to incorporate field insights into Elevenlabs' software products and AI models.
• Stay updated with the latest developments in AI and voice technology to continuously improve the solutions you develop.

What We Are Looking For

• Proven experience in a role that involves working with AI technologies, particularly voice and audio AI.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use tools like Excel to analyze data and draw meaningful insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, engineers, and other stakeholders.
• Experience in designing and implementing bespoke solutions for customers, preferably in the context of AI and voice technology.
• Ability to work in a high-velocity environment with minimal bureaucracy and a strong emphasis on autonomy and self-motivation.
• Commitment to excellence and a passion for driving impactful solutions that transform how people interact with technology.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

Nice to Have

• Experience working with AI-first companies or in roles that involve deploying AI solutions to real-world problems.
• Knowledge of programming languages and software development principles, although not required, can be beneficial.
