About the Role
BetterHelp is on a mission to make mental health care more accessible to everyone, and as a Design Intern, you'll play a crucial role in helping the company achieve this goal. You'll be working closely with the Creative Team to develop visually stunning and effective marketing materials that drive results. The team is passionate about expanding access to therapy, and as a design intern, you'll be expected to share this passion and contribute your skills to help make a difference. The role entails supporting the development of paid social, display, email, and web creative, as well as adapting and resizing creative across multiple platforms. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, where no two days are the same, and your ability to prioritize tasks and manage your time effectively will be essential. As a design intern, you'll be part of a diverse team of licensed clinicians, engineers, product professionals, creatives, marketers, and business leaders who share a passion for mental health. You'll have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, gain valuable insights into the industry, and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.What You Will Do
- Support the development of paid social, display, email, and web creative
- Adapt and resize creative across multiple platforms, including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and more
- Assist in evolving evergreen and campaign-based marketing assets
- Help with organic social content, including static posts and carousels
- Contribute to concept development and creative brainstorming
- Prepare production-ready files and resize/adapt creative across formats
- Help maintain brand consistency across channels
- Participate in creative reviews and team critiques
- Collaborate with the Creative Team to develop new and innovative marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- A thoughtful and motivated individual with a passion for design and mental health
- Experience with paid social, display, email, and web marketing
- Strong creative and technical skills, including proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A strong portfolio that showcases your design skills and experience
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience with project management tools and software
