About the Role
Stripe is seeking a driven and collaborative Design Recruiter to grow and scale our global design organization.Responsibilities
- Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies
- Help initiate creative and scalable changes to our existing recruiting processes
- Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to leadership
- Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage specialized tech talent across different geos
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality candidate experience
Requirements
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years of Design Recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- Experience building high-performing design teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience
- A growth mindset and ability to adapt to changing circumstances
