Job Description

## About the Role Stripe is seeking a driven and collaborative Design Recruiter to grow and scale its global design organization. This role involves owning full-cycle recruiting, contributing to geo strategy with talent market insights, and delivering best-in-class candidate experiences.

## Responsibilities - Partner with senior leaders to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to identify top talent across various skillsets.

  • Help initiate creative and scalable changes to existing recruiting processes.
  • Track and analyze metrics and report on hiring progress to leadership.
  • Focus on creating strategic plans to attract and engage specialized tech talent across different geos.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver a high-quality and holistic candidate experience.
## Requirements - 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience with 2+ years of Design Recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Experience building high performing, high craft design teams and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
  • A growth mindset and flexibility to shift tasks and priorities when circumstances change.
