About the Role
As the Design Verification Team Leader at Renesas Electronics, you'll spearhead verification efforts for intricate digital and mixed-signal designs.Responsibilities
- Manage, supervise, and mentor a team of verification engineers.
- Develop and implement comprehensive verification strategies and plans.
- Oversee execution of verification tasks, including functional and formal verification.
- Interface with customers, reporting progress and metrics during meetings.
- Collaborate closely with design and micro-architecture teams to ensure specifications are met.
- Ensure thorough verification coverage and adherence to industry standards.
- Identify and resolve verification issues to uphold quality assurance.
Requirements
- Strong experience in managing teams of engineers in a technical environment.
