About the Role
Archisearch is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Designer to join their team. As a key member of the design team, you will be responsible for creating innovative and visually stunning designs that meet the company's high standards. You will work closely with the team to conceptualize and develop designs that align with the company's vision and goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience with remote collaboration tools.The role entails working on a wide range of projects, from conceptualization to completion, ensuring that all designs are of the highest quality and meet the company's expectations. You will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies, and to continuously develop your skills and knowledge in the field.
What You Will Do
- Develop and design innovative and visually stunning designs for various projects
- Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop designs that meet the company's vision and goals
- Create high-quality designs that align with the company's brand and style guidelines
- Work closely with the team to ensure that all designs are of the highest quality and meet the company's expectations
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
- Continuously develop your skills and knowledge in the field
- Participate in design meetings and contribute to the development of the company's design strategy
- Collaborate with other teams, such as marketing and product, to ensure that designs are aligned with business objectives
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in design, with a focus on digital design
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and experience with remote collaboration tools
- Proficiency in design software such as SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with front-end development and coding languages such as HTML and CSS
- Knowledge of user experience (UX) design principles
- Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana and Trello
