As a freelance designer, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from web design and brand identity to digital marketing and campaign design. What You Will Do
- Develop and design visually stunning and effective designs for web, social media, and digital campaigns
- Create and extend brand identities across visual brand systems, logos, and style guides
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop and implement design solutions that drive results
- Design and develop UX and web design solutions that are unique, functional, and user-friendly
- Create digital marketing and campaign designs that are fresh, timely, and stop the scroll on social media, in inboxes, and on the web
- Develop fundraising and advocacy creative that moves people to act
- Illustrate and bring stories to life using original work
- Create motion and animation designs that catch attention and tell a more complete story
- Work closely with the creative team to develop and implement design solutions that meet client needs
- Participate in design critiques and provide feedback to other designers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in design, with a focus on UX, web design, and digital marketing
- Strong aesthetic sensibility and understanding of brand identity
- Passion for creating work that is both beautiful and effective
- Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong understanding of UX principles and human-centered design
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
