Job Description
About the Role
ROUTE06 is a DX partner that supports business model transformation for major corporations. As a Designer at ROUTE06, you will be responsible for providing continuous support to clients, from the launch of digital products to their growth and operation phases. Your primary focus will be on understanding customer challenges and proposing appropriate solutions.The role entails working closely with clients to investigate and analyze their services, identifying areas for improvement, and designing tailored solutions to meet their needs. You will be expected to collaborate with other team members to drive projects forward, leveraging your expertise in design research, information design, and service growth.
What You Will Do
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of customer services to identify challenges and propose solutions
- Design and develop digital products, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
- Create service designs, MVPs, and growth proposals for clients
- Collaborate with other team members, including engineers, data analysts, and project managers, to drive projects forward
- Develop design systems and guidelines for services
- Design and develop touchpoints and customer journeys
- Create typographic and visual designs using various design tools
- Conceptualize and design logos and brand identities for products and companies
- Conduct market research to inform design decisions
- Develop and maintain design environments, including design tools and software
What We Are Looking For
- Experience in web design, UI design, or related fields
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe, or Sketch
- Ability to create prototypes and wireframes using tools like FigJam or Miro
- Strong understanding of UX design principles and human-centered design
- Experience working with cross-functional teams, including engineers, data analysts, and project managers
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to explain design decisions and rationale to non-designers
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Nice to Have
- Experience working in an agile development environment
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and programming languages
- Familiarity with design systems and design governance
- Experience with accessibility design and inclusive design principles
- Certification in design or related fields
