About the Role
The Despachador Armado role at Loomis US is a critical position that involves managing the security and logistics of the San Juan branch. As a key member of the team, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the branch, including monitoring security cameras, managing employee and visitor access, and coordinating with drivers and customers.The role requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies. The ideal candidate will have experience in logistics and security, as well as strong Excel skills and attention to detail.

What You Will Do
- Manage employee and visitor access to the branch, ensuring that all security protocols are followed
- Monitor security cameras and respond to any incidents or suspicious activity
- Coordinate with drivers and customers to ensure timely and secure transportation of cash and other valuables
- Manage the intake and output of employees, visitors, and suppliers, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed
- Receive and respond to phone calls and emails from customers and drivers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues that may arise
- Monitor and manage the SOFI system, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date
- Perform daily checks on ATMs and other security equipment, ensuring that all systems are functioning properly
- Archive service orders and other documents, ensuring that all records are accurate and complete
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management
What We Are Looking For
- 4th year of high school or equivalent
- Valid Puerto Rico firearms license
- Experience in data entry, preferably with experience in Oracle and SOFI
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and write in Spanish and English
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to new technologies
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
Nice to Have
- Experience in logistics and security
- Certification in first aid or CPR
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
