About the Role
The Developer Advocate P2P role at Tether Operations Limited is a unique opportunity to engage with the developer community and drive the adoption of blockchain technology. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with developers, partners, and open-source communities. Your primary goal will be to create a seamless experience for developers, ensuring that they have the necessary tools and support to integrate Tether's solutions into their products.The role is focused on bridging the gap between developers and product teams, ensuring that Tether's solutions are accessible, well-understood, and developer-friendly. You will be working closely with the product teams to gather feedback and inform the development of new features and products.

What You Will Do
- Build and nurture relationships with developers, partners, and open-source communities
- Engage and interact with the developer ecosystem through hosting AMAs, office hours, webinars, and participating in online communities
- Collect and synthesize developer feedback to inform product and engineering teams
- Identify influential developers, projects, and communities to establish collaboration opportunities
- Create and maintain high-quality technical content, including blog posts, tutorials, sample apps, videos, and documentation
- Develop demos, prototypes, and reference implementations that showcase real-world use cases
- Contribute to the development of Tether's products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of the developer community
- Work closely with the product teams to gather feedback and inform the development of new features and products
- Participate in online communities, forums, and social media to promote Tether's products and services
- Collaborate with other teams, including marketing and sales, to ensure a consistent message and approach
What We Are Looking For

- Experience in developer relations, advocacy, or a related field
- Strong technical skills, with a focus on blockchain technology and programming languages such as Python, Java, and C++
