Posthog is seeking a skilled Developer Marketer to join their team. As a Developer Marketer, you will play a crucial role in driving growth and expanding the company's product offerings. The successful candidate will have a strong background in GTM and Excel, with a proven track record of leveraging data to inform marketing strategies. The role will involve working closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns, analyze performance, and identify areas for improvement.The Developer Marketer will be responsible for driving the development and marketing of Posthog's products, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that meet the needs of customers. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to drive growth and expand Posthog's product offerings
- Analyze campaign performance and provide data-driven insights to inform future marketing strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing materials, including content and messaging
- Work closely with the product team to develop and launch new products and features
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to inform marketing strategies
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and areas for improvement
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and other financial planning documents
- Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing or a related field, with a focus on developer marketing and GTM
- Strong background in Excel and data analysis, with the ability to leverage data to inform marketing strategies
- Proven track record of driving growth and delivering results in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices, with the ability to apply this knowledge to inform marketing strategies
- Experience working in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and work independently
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to Have
- Experience working with product-led companies, with a focus on autonomy and shipping fast
- Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python or JavaScript
- Experience working with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in marketing or a related field, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot
