As a Developer Marketer - Sales at Posthog, you will be an integral part of the marketing team, responsible for driving sales growth through data-driven marketing strategies. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies to drive sales growth
- Analyze sales data to identify trends and optimize marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted marketing initiatives
- Utilize Excel to analyze and visualize sales data
- Work closely with the product team to ensure marketing initiatives align with product goals
- Develop and maintain marketing dashboards to track key performance indicators
- Conduct market research to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
- Create and edit marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, and email campaigns
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new marketing ideas and strategies
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials
- Stay up-to-date on the latest marketing tools and technologies
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a developer marketing or sales role
- Strong expertise in Excel, including data analysis and visualization
- Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM software
- Strong understanding of sales principles and practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, autonomous environment
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with data-driven marketing strategies and campaign optimization
