Job Description

About the Role

WorkOS is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to join their team. As a technical product made by developers for developers, this role is crucial to the customer experience. The ideal candidate will be technically-minded, empathetic, and passionate about solving problems under pressure.

Responsibilities

  • Work with users daily via Slack, email, and Zoom
  • Understand and be an expert in WorkOS’s products and codebase, supporting technologies such as SAML/OIDC, REST APIs, and modern frontend frameworks
  • Provide technical advice to developers on best practices for integrating with the API
  • Act as a hard and soft skill mentor and escalation point to junior members of the team
  • Troubleshoot issues and diagnose blockers
  • Engage customers for feedback to help shape product development

Requirements

  • 2+ years experience in a technical customer-facing support role for a developer-focused product
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Passion for educating and breaking down complex concepts
