The Developer who connects with other developers is a unique opportunity to join PostHog, a company that's revolutionizing the way products are developed and analyzed. As a member of this team, you'll be responsible for making PostHog users and their products successful outside of the platform. The role will involve working closely with the development team to understand the needs of PostHog users and creating content and resources to help them succeed. You'll also be responsible for engaging with the community, responding to questions and feedback, and helping to build a loyal following of users who love the PostHog platform.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement a strategy to engage with PostHog users and encourage them to share their experiences and feedback
- Create high-quality content, such as blog posts, tutorials, and videos, to help users get the most out of the PostHog platform
- Build and maintain relationships with key influencers and stakeholders in the development community
- Collaborate with the development team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to address user needs
- Engage with users on social media and other online platforms to build a community of loyal followers
- Analyze user feedback and sentiment to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the PostHog platform and its capabilities
- Create and deliver training and support materials to help users get the most out of the platform
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve the PostHog platform and user experience
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop campaigns and promotions to attract new users and retain existing ones
What We Are Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in a related field, such as development, marketing, or community management
- Strong understanding of the PostHog platform and its capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with content creation and community engagement
- Strong understanding of the development community and its needs
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high-quality standards
