About the Role
As a DevOps Engineer at DEUNA, you will play a pivotal role in designing, automating, and maintaining the company's cloud infrastructure. This involves collaborating closely with development and operations teams to ensure scalability, reliability, security, and continuous improvement across systems. Your expertise will be instrumental in driving DEUNA's mission to revolutionize global commerce through its AI-powered orchestration and payments platform, ATHIA.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include leading the design and implementation of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code, driving automation strategies for deployment and infrastructure, and ensuring high availability, reliability, and efficiency. You will also be responsible for owning the architecture and management of AWS networking environments, leading the design and operation of containerized platforms and orchestration, and architecting, maintaining, and continuously improving CI/CD pipelines at scale.

What You Will Do
- Lead the design, implementation, and evolution of cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code.
- Drive automation strategies for deployment and infrastructure to ensure high availability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Own the architecture and management of AWS networking environments.
- Lead the design and operation of containerized platforms and orchestration.
- Architect, maintain, and continuously improve CI/CD pipelines at scale.
- Define and implement monitoring, observability, and alerting strategies.
- Ensure end-to-end security, performance, scalability, and cost optimization of the infrastructure.
- Act as a technical partner for engineering and operations teams to enable continuous delivery.
- Evaluate, propose, and lead the adoption of new tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineers.
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in AWS cloud environments.
- Strong experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and CloudFormation.
- Proven experience with AWS networking, including VPC, VPN, Transit Gateway, and Flow Logs.
- Experience designing and managing multi-region AWS architectures.
- Solid background in CI/CD pipelines, automation, and deployment orchestration.
- Strong experience with container platforms and orchestration: Docker, ECS, EKS (Kubernetes).
- Hands-on experience with monitoring, observability, and alerting tools.
- Experience in scripting and automation, and infrastructure validation/testing.
- Experience in performance optimization and cloud cost management.
- Programming skills in at least one language: Python, JavaScript, or Go.
- Native Spanish and Advanced English.

- Experience with other cloud providers (Azure, Google Cloud).
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies.
- Certification in AWS or similar technologies.
