About the Role

Join HappyCo as a Remote DevOps Engineer, contributing to the technology that empowers property management teams to enhance resident and customer experiences.

Responsibilities

  • Learn and contribute to HappyCo’s infrastructure, CI/CD workflows, and deployment processes in the initial month.
  • Architect and fine-tune systems for reliability and performance.
  • Collaborate with developers to optimize tools and automation, streamlining deployment protocols.
  • Take ownership of infrastructure enhancements and CI/CD workflows, advocating for innovations in scalability and security.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or Infrastructure Engineering.
  • Strong knowledge of Terraform and infrastructure-as-code practices.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD systems, specifically GitLab CI/CD and Spacelift.
  • Hands-on experience with ArgoCD and build processes using Bazel.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cloud-based environments like GCP and GKE.
  • Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools.
