You will report to a senior engineering lead and work closely with cross-functional teams, including development, operations, and security. ## What You Will Do - Monitor infrastructure performance using Grafana Dashboards and Prometheus Metrics, ensuring timely identification and resolution of issues.

• Implement automated management features such as performance monitoring, diagnostics, and failover to minimize downtime and enhance system resilience.
• Configure implemented solutions in accordance with system security processes, adhering to the highest standards of data protection and privacy.
• Manage CI (continuous integration) systems and pipelines, streamlining our development and deployment processes.
• Design and implement infrastructure, leveraging your knowledge of cloud environments and container orchestration platforms.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure seamless integration of new features and updates into our production environment.
• Work closely with the security team to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities in our systems.
• Develop and maintain documentation for our systems and processes, ensuring that knowledge is shared across the team.
• Participate in on-call rotations, providing support and ensuring the continuity of our services.

## What We Are Looking For - Experience in cloud management, preferably with Azure, including the ability to design the architecture of cloud environments.

• Knowledge of metrics monitoring and visualization tools such as Grafana and Prometheus.
• Experience working with container orchestration platforms, particularly Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure As Code (IaC) tools like Terraform.
• Understanding of version control systems, including GitHub and Azure Repos.
• Knowledge of CI/CD processes and tools such as GitHub Actions and Azure Pipelines.
• Basic understanding of databases, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and SQL.
• Ability to work in an agile environment, adopting to changing requirements and priorities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

## Nice to Have - Experience with Docker, particularly in managing applications in containers.

• Knowledge of IT service management frameworks and processes.
