What You Will Do
- Conduct technical interviews with candidates to assess their proficiency in DevOps practices, tools, and methodologies
- Design and refine interview questions that align with the company's DevOps role requirements and standards
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to identify top talent and provide feedback on candidate skills
- Provide in-depth feedback and analysis of candidate skills to hiring managers
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in DevOps technologies and practices
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's DevOps role requirements and standards
- Participate in recruitment team meetings to discuss candidate feedback and interview results
- Identify areas for improvement in the interview process and suggest changes to the recruitment team
- Develop and maintain technical documentation related to the interview process
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure a smooth hiring process
What We Are Looking For
- Strong technical background with extensive experience in DevOps environments
- Experience with automation, CI/CD, cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP), and configuration management tools (Ansible, Chef, Puppet)
- Previous experience in technical interviewing, coaching, or a similar role
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and solutions clearly

- Proficiency in other languages is a plus
