About the Role
SOFTSWISS is seeking a Middle DevOps/Systems Engineer to collaborate with product development teams and stakeholders to prepare, maintain, and support infrastructure.Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product development teams and various stakeholders
- Prepare new infrastructure and maintain current infrastructure
- Implement and deliver new features
- Automate infrastructure components
- Investigate and resolve problems and incidents
- Develop and optimize CI pipelines for various projects
- Manage infrastructure migrations between data centers
- Provide consultation to developers, managers, and clients
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Respond proactively to monitoring alerts and events
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in systems engineering or a similar role
- Good understanding of Linux-like operating systems
- Hands-on experience with configuration management tools and shell scripting
- Experience with containerization, virtualization, and orchestration
- Solid understanding of the CI/CD process and tools
- Experience with distributed systems
- Familiarity with monitoring tools
- Development skills in any widely used scripting language
- Experience in database administration
