About the Role

The Digital Account Manager role at Connoisseur Media is a remote, full-time position that requires a highly skilled and experienced professional to manage a portfolio of digital clients. As the main point of contact for assigned clients, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing a superior client experience, leading marketing campaigns from idea stage to execution, and working closely with sales and other departments to drive client success.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a focus on programmatic marketing, and will be able to demonstrate a deep understanding of client needs and goals. The ability to think strategically, communicate effectively, and work proactively will be essential in this role.

As a key member of the Connoisseur Media team, the Digital Account Manager will be expected to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry, and to continuously seek out new and innovative ways to drive client growth and success.

What You Will Do

  • Manage a portfolio of digital clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including programmatic campaigns
  • Conduct regular client meetings and calls to discuss campaign performance, goals, and objectives
  • Collaborate with sales and other departments to drive client success and growth
  • Analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the digital marketing industry
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Develop and manage client budgets, ensuring timely and accurate billing and invoicing
  • Provide regular reporting and analysis to clients, including campaign performance and ROI

What We Are Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in digital marketing
  • 2-3 years of experience in programmatic marketing or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of SEM, SEO, social media, and web design
  • Experience working with sales teams and driving client growth and success
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads and social media management software

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in the radio or digital media industry
  • Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
  • Certification in Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
  • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
