About the Role

Harvest Group is seeking a Digital Advertising Manager to support search and social campaign execution within their fast-growing Media practice. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of digital or retail media experience and hands-on expertise managing search and social campaigns.

Responsibilities

  • Manage search and social campaigns to drive performance across DTC and retailer-owned ecommerce platforms
  • Work cross-functionally to activate full-funnel, commerce-first strategies
  • Play a critical role in campaign setup, optimization, reporting, and innovation

Requirements

  • 2-4 years of digital or retail media experience
  • Hands-on expertise managing search and social campaigns
  • Ability to drive sales and brand growth in a rapidly evolving retail landscape
