About the Role
The Digital Campaign Manager is a critical role at The Nielsen Company, responsible for architecting and managing digital campaigns that drive prospects through the full marketing funnel. This involves developing and executing comprehensive strategies that leverage data and analytics to optimize campaign performance and maximize ROI. As a key member of the marketing team, the Digital Campaign Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Marketing and other stakeholders, to build out customer journeys and provide recommendations on content and creative assets.The role requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles, including full-funnel architecture, ROI optimization, and sophisticated attribution modeling. The ideal candidate will be able to analyze complex data sets, identify trends and insights, and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders. With a strong focus on data-driven decision making, this position is perfect for a marketing professional who is passionate about using data to drive business growth.
The Digital Campaign Manager will report to a senior marketing leader and will be responsible for managing a budget and a team of stakeholders to achieve campaign goals.
What You Will Do
- Develop and manage digital campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, search, and display advertising
- Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build out customer journeys and provide recommendations on content and creative assets
- Design and execute A/B testing frameworks to systematically improve funnel efficiency
- Provide executive-level reporting and insights to stakeholders, including campaign metrics and ROI analysis
- Develop and manage budgets to achieve campaign goals and maximize ROI
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing, including new technologies and platforms
- Collaborate with the Product Marketing team to develop and execute product launch plans
- Manage and optimize campaign targeting, including audience segmentation and retargeting
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including vendors and partners
What We Are Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on campaign management and optimization
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics and GA4, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with platform-native tools, including Meta, Google, and LinkedIn
- Strong understanding of full-funnel architecture and ROI optimization
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation, including design and execution of testing frameworks
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
Nice to Have
- Experience with Adjust, a mobile marketing analytics platform
- Knowledge of Excel, including data analysis and reporting
- Experience with data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in Google Analytics or other digital marketing platforms
- Experience with agile project management methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban
