About the Role

Directive is a revenue-first marketing consultancy that serves B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. We are looking for a Digital Designer to build and maintain our visual identity, produce ad creative, and design sales materials.

Responsibilities

  • Steward and evolve Directive's visual identity across all touchpoints
  • Build and maintain a scalable design system
  • Establish clear brand standards and apply them consistently
  • Design and produce static ad units and motion graphics for paid social, programmatic, and video channels

Requirements

  • Experience with GA4 and Programmatic
  • Strong design and creative skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage high-visibility projects
