About the Role
Directive, a revenue-first marketing consultancy, is looking for a talented Digital Designer to join their team. As a Digital Designer at Directive, you will be responsible for creating visual systems that drive results for B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, industrial, and commerce brands. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement creative assets that meet clients' business objectives.The ideal candidate will be a creative, curious, and ambitious designer who is excited to make their mark in performance-driven advertising. You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from crafting ad sets and landing pages to producing motion graphics and short-form video cutdowns.

What You Will Do
- Craft compelling design assets such as ad sets and landing pages that drive improvement of digital marketing KPIs
- Produce motion graphics and basic short-form video cutdowns optimized for social media advertising
- Edit existing video assets into high-performing ad units tailored to platform specifications and attention spans
- Collaborate with media and content teams to align motion creative with audience insights and campaign goals
- Maintain brand consistency across all static, motion, and video assets while adapting creatively to different audience segments and platforms
- Design and implement A/B tests and other experiments using CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg
- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heat mapping analysis to gather insights and validate design decisions
- Continuously iterate and refine designs based on feedback, data insights, and testing outcomes
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously while communicating effectively with project management and internal stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 1-3 years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on performance-driven creative and CRO
- 1 year of experience with motion graphics
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, including Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign
- Basic video editing and motion graphics experience using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of performance marketing metrics like A/B Testing, CRO Analytics, Heatmapping, and experience designing for performance-driven campaigns
- Driven to stay ahead of industry trends, including actively learning how AI and automation can enhance marketing and operations
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and data analysis
- Familiarity with CRO tools such as Optimizely, Unbounce, and/or Crazyegg
- Knowledge of front-end development principles and HTML/CSS
