## About the Role As a Digital Designer & Web Developer at Adventure Travel 365, you will be responsible for bringing ideas to life from concept to execution. You will be working remotely and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the company's digital assets, including websites, landing pages, and UI elements.

The role requires a strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency, as well as the ability to handle both design and development responsibilities independently. You will be working closely with the marketing and sales teams to align visuals and messaging, ensuring that all digital outputs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards.

## What You Will Do - Design, develop, and maintain company websites using WordPress - Create and implement visually engaging web pages, landing pages, and UI elements - Produce graphic assets for websites, email campaigns, social media, and digital ads - Update website content and ensure optimal performance, speed, and usability - Troubleshoot bugs, errors, and technical issues efficiently - Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to align visuals and messaging - Refresh and improve website layouts and user experience when needed - Ensure all digital outputs are responsive, accessible, and aligned with brand standards - Apply basic SEO best practices for on-page optimization - Develop and maintain email templates and newsletters - Create and edit graphic assets, such as logos, icons, and banners

## What We Are Looking For - Proven experience in WordPress development (portfolio required) - Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript - Proficiency in graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or similar) - A strong eye for layout, typography, and visual consistency - Ability to handle both design and development responsibilities independently - Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills - Ability to manage tasks and prioritize projects - Excellent communication and collaboration skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
