Job Description
About the Role
The Digital Marketing Coordinator role is a critical component of Staff Domain Inc.'s marketing team, responsible for driving and managing the company's digital marketing strategy. The successful candidate will be tasked with increasing brand awareness, revenue, and launching new products across Australia. This role offers the opportunity to work with a globally operating business and contribute to its continued success.The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated and results-driven individual who is passionate about digital marketing. They will have a strong understanding of the digital marketing landscape and be able to develop and implement effective marketing campaigns that drive real results. The role will be based remotely, with a schedule of 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM AEST, and will report to the leadership team based in Australia.
What You Will Do
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and revenue growth
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns on Meta and Google
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using Google Analytics
- Write high-converting copy for ads and videos
- Coordinate and execute photography and video shoot production for content management
- Manage and optimize eDM campaigns in conjunction with sales objectives
- Provide regular reports on campaign performance and advise on marketing budget allocation
- Collaborate with the sales team to support revenue targets
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices
What We Are Looking For
- Diploma, Certificate, or Degree in marketing, communications, digital marketing, business, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing role, preferably in e-commerce
- Demonstrated experience in design, video, and photography skills
- Knowledge of marketing tools such as Klaviyo, WordPress, Meta Business Manager, Google Analytics, YouTube, TikTok, and Pinterest
- Strong content creation skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff and customers
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Experience in a small business environment is desirable
Nice to Have
- Experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices
- Familiarity with email marketing automation tools
