What You Will Do

- Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Build and manage marketing funnels, landing pages, and lead nurturing workflows.
- Collaborate with sales teams to align marketing efforts with revenue goals.
- Manage email marketing campaigns and marketing automation tools.
- Conduct A/B testing across ads, landing pages, and email campaigns.
- Track and report on key KPIs using tools like Google Analytics and HubSpot.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proven track record of managing and scaling paid ad campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
