What You Will Do
- Manage and grow social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (Twitter)
- Develop and maintain consistent posting schedules for both client and company accounts
- Create engaging captions, hooks, and content copy tailored to each platform and audience
- Monitor comments, messages, and community interactions to keep accounts active and responsive
- Track performance metrics and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client goals and brand voice
- Produce or coordinate high-quality visual and written content including graphics, reels, carousels, and short-form videos
- Stay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes to keep content competitive
- Conduct competitor research and audience analysis to inform content strategy
- Use AI tools to streamline content creation and improve output quality
- Identify opportunities to integrate AI into workflows to boost efficiency and results
- Support the promotion of our social media management services across our own digital channels
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Contribute ideas for lead generation, brand awareness campaigns, and audience growth strategies
- Assist in onboarding new clients by understanding their brand, tone, and target audience
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in a social media management role
