## About the Role As a Digital Marketing, Social Media & Video Specialist at CEF Solutions Inc., you will be an integral part of the remote Marketing Communications team. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, manage social media platforms, and create engaging content to drive brand awareness and lead generation. You will work closely with the team lead to coordinate daily content calendars, monitor campaign performance, and provide data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, social media management, and video editing. You should be highly organized, able to prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. If you are a motivated and creative professional looking to join a dynamic team and take your career to the next level, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. ## What You Will Do - Manage and publish daily content across Facebook, Instagram, and other active social media platforms - Develop and maintain a monthly content calendar in coordination with the team lead - Write captions and short-form copy tailored to a professional audience - Monitor comments, DMs, and community interactions, responding or escalating within 24 hours - Manage and moderate the company's Study Club Facebook Group - Conduct basic social listening to track competitor activity and identify outreach or content opportunities - Set up, manage, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager - Build audience segments using custom audiences, lookalikes, and interest-based targeting - Monitor daily ad spend and performance, making real-time adjustments to stay within budget and hit targets - Run A/B tests on creative, copy, and audience targeting, documenting and applying learnings - Produce monthly performance reports, including CPL, CTR, ROAS, reach, and frequency with recommendations - Edit testimonial and product videos from raw footage - Add subtitles, lower thirds, motion graphics, and branded end cards per brand guidelines - Export platform-optimized versions for Facebook, Instagram Reels, and YouTube ## What We Are Looking For - 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, social media management, and video editing - Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), and Adjust - Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets - Excellent communication and project management skills - Ability to work independently in a remote environment - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills - Experience with email marketing tools, such as Mailchimp - Basic understanding of SEO principles and content performance metrics ## Nice to Have - Experience with video editing software, such as Adobe Premiere or Final Cut Pro - Knowledge of HTML and CSS - Familiarity with landing page performance monitoring and optimization techniques - Certification in digital marketing or a related field ## Benefits and Perks - Competitive salary and benefits package - Opportunity to work with a reputable company and expand your professional network - Flexible remote work arrangement with a dynamic team - Access to cutting-edge digital marketing tools and technologies - Ongoing training and professional development opportunities - Recognition and reward for outstanding performance and contributions
