The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Clubessential is a unique opportunity for a skilled marketing professional to join a dynamic team and make a real impact. As a key member of the marketing team, you will be responsible for managing and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs for foreUP customers. This role goes beyond traditional advertising management, encompassing the full spectrum of managed marketing services, including paid advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), content creation, email marketing, promotional campaigns, website optimization, local search visibility, and customer communications.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive results. You will be working closely with customers to understand their priorities, gather content, review performance, and recommend improvements. Your expertise in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot will be essential in managing and optimizing marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing campaign performance and providing clear reporting on results.

What You Will Do
- Manage digital marketing activities for a portfolio of foreUP customers
- Develop customer-specific marketing plans based on business goals, seasonal priorities, and promotional opportunities
- Create, launch, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and other approved platforms
- Build and manage email campaigns, newsletters, automated communications, and promotional messages
- Create and schedule marketing content, including social media posts, blog posts, event promotions, and basic website updates
- Promote tournaments, leagues, memberships, events, and special offers on behalf of customers
- Meet with customers to understand priorities, gather content, review performance, and recommend improvements
- Monitor campaign performance, manage budgets, and provide clear reporting on results, engagement, leads, and return on marketing investment
- Maintain accurate documentation of campaigns, customer communication, and account activity
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues, support onboarding, and improve customer results
- Apply SEO, local-search, and GEO best practices when relevant to customer marketing campaigns
- Stay current on digital-marketing trends, platform updates, and opportunities to improve foreUP’s managed marketing services
What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong background in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and HubSpot
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and creatively
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to work closely with customers and internal teams
- Experience in managing and executing comprehensive digital marketing programs
- Strong knowledge of SEO, local-search, and GEO best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
- Experience with email marketing, content creation, and social media marketing
Nice to Have
- Experience with other digital marketing tools and platforms, such as Facebook Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Knowledge of HTML and CSS, with experience in basic website updates and maintenance
- Experience in working with CRM systems and managing customer data
