About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Harris is a critical position that requires a deep understanding of digital marketing principles and a proven track record of developing and executing successful campaigns. You will also be responsible for building landing pages using HTML and CMS tools, managing the WordPress website, and creating assets using Canva.

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to generate qualified leads
- Manage SEO initiatives and improve organic performance
- Plan and optimize Google Ads campaigns to drive conversions
- Own HubSpot automation, workflows, and CRM management to enhance customer engagement
- Build landing pages using HTML and CMS tools to optimize user experience
- Manage the WordPress website and ensure it is up-to-date and secure
- Analyze performance using analytics tools and provide data-driven insights to stakeholders
- Create assets using Canva to support marketing campaigns
- Collaborate with sales to align GTM efforts and drive revenue growth
- Propose marketing campaigns to the SVP of Growth and provide recommendations for improvement
- Manage and monitor campaign performance and report findings to stakeholders
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and tech
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of Google Ads, GTM, and HubSpot
- Experience with SEO initiatives and organic performance optimization
- Knowledge of HTML and CMS tools, such as WordPress
- Familiarity with analytics tools, such as Google Analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
- Certification in Google Ads or HubSpot is a plus
Nice to Have
- Experience with social media marketing and paid social campaigns
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools, such as Marketo or Pardot
- Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
- Certification in SEO or content marketing
