About the Role

What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives

- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies
- Create and curate high-quality, engaging content for various marketing channels
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives
- Analyze campaign performance using data and analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing, applying this knowledge to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Manage and track campaign budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and ROI
- Work closely with the content team to develop compelling narratives and messaging
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate innovative marketing ideas
What We Are Looking For
- At least 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and HubSpot
- Proven track record of successfully executing and analyzing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
- Experience with CRM software and data analysis tools
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
