About the Role
The Digital Marketing Specialist role at Wish You Were Here Group is a full-time position that entails developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy across its portfolio of brands. As a key member of the marketing team, you will work closely with senior leadership, the Senior Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, creative team, agency partners, and restaurant leadership to drive guest acquisition, retention, and lifetime value. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing paid advertising campaigns, optimizing website user experience, and analyzing campaign performance.The company is seeking an experienced digital marketing professional who can build scalable systems to support future openings and expansion. You will be responsible for identifying emerging digital trends, technologies, and opportunities, and developing strategies to drive measurable revenue growth while maintaining the premium positioning of each brand.
As a digital leader, you will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Your expertise in digital marketing, analytics, and campaign optimization will be essential in driving the company's digital growth.
What You Will Do
- Develop and execute the Group-wide digital marketing strategy across all brands
- Lead all paid advertising, including Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, Display, and Remarketing
- Own the digital experience across every Wish You Were Here Group website, including website strategy, UX optimization, conversion optimization, and technical SEO
- Lead customer lifecycle marketing, including guest acquisition, welcome journeys, loyalty campaigns, and VIP communications
- Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to increase customer retention
- Own the digital growth strategy for exclusive third-party partners, including OpenTable and Uber Eats
- Develop meaningful reporting to help leadership make better business decisions, including tracking digital revenue, website traffic, customer acquisition, and campaign performance
- Evaluate and implement new marketing technology, including AI tools, marketing automation, and attribution software
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on paid media and analytics
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, and Looker Studio
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, including campaign optimization, conversion optimization, and attribution modeling
- Experience with website optimization, including UX, technical SEO, and local SEO
- Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and reporting
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
Nice to Have
- Experience with CRM software and email marketing automation
- Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and workflow automation
- Familiarity with AI tools and machine learning algorithms
- Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
