About the Role

As a Digital Marketing Strategist at Directive, you will play a crucial role in driving performance marketing for a portfolio of startup and SMB clients. Your day-to-day tasks will involve managing Paid Media, SEO, and CRO campaigns to deliver exceptional results. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, develop tailored strategies, and ensure that all campaigns are executed flawlessly. This role is part of Directive's Performance division, which focuses on using data-driven insights to drive business growth for clients.

The success of our clients is paramount, and as a Digital Marketing Strategist, you will be directly responsible for their performance marketing success. You will be the primary point of contact for your clients, providing them with regular updates, insights, and strategic recommendations. Your ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders will be key to your success in this role.

What You Will Do

  • Develop and execute multi-channel digital marketing strategies for startup and SMB clients
  • Manage Paid Media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and other platforms
  • Optimize website user experience through CRO techniques
  • Conduct thorough keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings
  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Project manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
  • Collaborate with the internal team to develop and implement new marketing initiatives
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies
  • Develop and present regular campaign performance reports to clients

What We Are Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a performance marketing role
  • Proven track record of managing successful Paid Media, SEO, and CRO campaigns
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including Google Ads, Meta, and SEO
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze campaign data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Strong passion for performance marketing and a creative spark for strategy
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working with SaaS companies is a plus
