Job Description

About the Role

The Digital Media Buyer role at SnappyCX is a hands-on opportunity to manage and execute digital advertising campaigns for a 30+ year natural hair care brand. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for day-to-day ad buying, campaign strategy, and creative direction across multiple platforms. Your primary focus will be on driving conversions and growth through targeted campaigns, working closely with the founder to ensure brand direction and vision are aligned.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of paid media channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads. You will be responsible for managing campaigns across multiple objectives, including awareness, traffic, conversions, and retargeting. Your experience with e-commerce brands, beauty, hair care, or CPG will be a strong plus.

What You Will Do

  • Manage and execute digital advertising campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Develop and implement campaign strategies to drive conversions and growth
  • Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and optimize campaigns
  • Manage and maintain Google Merchant Center product feed health
  • Coordinate campaign timing with retail placements, email marketing, and organic content calendars
  • Provide direction on ad creative based on performance data
  • Test creative variations systematically and report on what is working and why
  • Maintain a rolling paid media calendar across all brands
  • Evaluate platform-suggested budget or targeting recommendations critically
  • Apply incremental budget scaling rather than aggressive jumps that destabilize delivery

What We Are Looking For

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience managing live Meta Ads accounts with real budgets
  • Working experience managing Google Ads Shopping campaigns and resolving Google Merchant Center product feed issues
  • Direct experience with e-commerce brands, beauty, hair care, or CPG
  • Demonstrated ability to translate ad performance data into specific creative direction
  • Ability to produce clear, plain-language performance reports
  • Strong understanding of paid media channels, including Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads
  • Experience with Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience supporting brands that sell through both mass retail and e-commerce channels
  • Knowledge of YouTube Ads and other video advertising platforms
  • Certification in Google Ads or Meta Ads
  • Experience with creative direction and ad design
