What You Will Do
- Curate and maintain monthly marketing lists within Salesforce CRM and Marketing Cloud to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Perform weekly Salesforce data quality audits through automation to identify gaps, duplicates, and inconsistencies in lead and contact records.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives by analyzing and documenting current list generation and audience selection workflows.
- Propose optimizations and help implement scalable, automated solutions that improve efficiency and targeting accuracy.
- Assist in the execution of campaigns across digital channels, focusing on data-driven marketing initiatives.
- Enhance data quality and support CRM initiatives through data analysis and process improvement techniques.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine marketing automation processes.
- Participate in meetings and forums to discuss project progress, challenges, and future improvements.
- Utilize Excel or Google Sheets for data cleanup, analysis, and reporting.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in marketing automation and data analysis.
What We Are Looking For
- 3+ semesters of coursework in Database Design, Data Analytics, Data Science, Programming, or a related field.
- Completed at least one project or course involving SQL, including hands-on experience writing basic queries for data analysis or reporting.
- Experience with Excel or Google Sheets, including basic formulas and data cleanup techniques.
- Strong attention to detail with an interest in data quality, organization, and process improvement.
- Ability to manage time effectively and meet deadlines.
- Must be 18+ years of age.
- Familiarity with marketing automation principles and practices.
- Basic understanding of CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing automation platforms, especially Marketing Cloud.
