About the Role

Join Twilio as a Digital Sales Representative 2 (Activate) to play a key role in growing the business through net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within Self Service accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Be an owner: Responsible for net new customer acquisition and driving new revenue for a specific territory while maintaining high customer satisfaction.
  • Wear the customer’s shoes: Work with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and design solutions using Twilio’s communications API platform.
