## About the Role As a Digital Sales Representative 2 at Twilio, you will play a pivotal role in driving new revenue through net new customer acquisition and solution selling.   • Work closely with potential customers to understand their unique business and technical requirements, leveraging Twilio's communications API platform to design and propose tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Sales Development, Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Support, to address customer requirements, advise on digital communication strategies, and facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
  • Demonstrate a customer-centric approach, prioritizing the highest levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to continuously improve sales strategies and contribute to the development of best practices.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Twilio's products and services, as well as the broader cloud computing and communications landscape, to effectively communicate value to customers.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful closures.
  • Contribute to the development of sales playbooks, processes, and tools to enhance team efficiency and effectiveness.

## What We Are Looking For - At least 1 year of sales development or business development experience in a technology company, or equivalent experience in another industry with a focus on closing deals.
  • Understanding of or willingness to learn about cloud computing and communications business models, with an interest in selling to technical audiences.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical and financial details in a simple, compelling manner.
