About the Role

The Digital Sales Representative role at Twilio is a pivotal position focused on driving revenue growth and expanding customer relationships within the social impact sector. What You Will Do

  • Manage and expand customer accounts within Twilio.org’s Self-Service and Named Account customers across various nonprofit sectors.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments with customers to understand their business and technical requirements.
  • Develop and implement customized sales strategies and solutions that meet the specific needs of each customer.
  • Own and manage the entire sales cycle, from lead qualification through to closing deals, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to execute sales plays, address customer requirements, and provide strategic advice on digital communication strategies.
  • Utilize Salesforce to generate and maintain an accurate sales pipeline and forecast, ensuring proactive management of your assigned account list.
  • Develop and maintain expertise in the social impact and nonprofit market to help prospective customers understand how others are leveraging Twilio’s platform.
  • Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales targets.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues that may impact sales performance, proposing solutions to overcome these challenges.
