## About the Role As a Digital Sales Representative at Twilio, you'll play a key role in driving the company's social impact organization forward. You'll be responsible for lead qualification, net new customer acquisition, solution selling, and closing deals within self-service accounts. As a sales representative, you'll work closely with these organizations to understand their needs and design customized solutions that help them achieve their goals. ## What You Will Do - Qualify leads and identify new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach - Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand Twilio's customer base - Work closely with customers to understand their business and technical requirements and design customized solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product, and engineering, to drive customer success - Generate and maintain accurate sales pipeline and forecast using Salesforce - Execute automation strategies to serve a large quantity of customers while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction - Develop expertise in the social impact and non-profit market to help prospective customers understand how others are leveraging Twilio's platform - Communicate complex technical and financial details in a clear and concise manner - Balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects and deals simultaneously

## What We Are Looking For - 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the tech or software industry - Strong understanding of sales principles and practices - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote environment - Experience with CRM software, preferably Salesforce - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to design and implement customized solutions for customers - Knowledge of the social impact and non-profit market - Experience working with cross-functional teams
