About the Role

The Digital Sales Representative role at Twilio is a key position that will drive net new revenue through customer acquisition, value selling, and closing deals across all segments throughout EMEA. As a Digital Sales Representative, you will be responsible for maintaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction while working diligently with cross-functional internal teams to address customer requirements. What You Will Do

  • Drive net new revenue through customer acquisition, value selling, and closing deals across all segments throughout EMEA
  • Work with customers across all verticals to understand their business and technical requirements
  • Design solutions for customers' specific use case needs using Twilio's communications API platform
  • Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to address customer requirements and advise on digital communication strategies
  • Maintain the highest levels of customer satisfaction and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and expand existing customer relationships
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitors, and apply this knowledge to develop innovative sales strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring that all sales activities are aligned with company policies and procedures

What We Are Looking For

  • At least 2 years of sales or customer-facing experience in a tech space, with a record of top performance
  • An understanding of the cloud computing/communications business model and excitement for selling to a technical audience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effortlessly make complex technical and financial details sound simple
  • Technical solutions selling experience and enjoyment of working with real customers - listening to them and solving problems
  • High adaptability, with comfort trying new things and building within a rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to balance competing priorities and manage multiple projects/deals at the same time
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
