## What You Will Do - Lead the digital delivery for the remediation business, setting the direction and overseeing its implementation.

  • Identify areas where maturing the use of digital technology can create value, whether through new systems, enhancements, or process improvements.
  • Define what needs to be done, the resources required, the timing, and the expected benefit, presenting clear recommendations to leadership.
  • Set and evolve the digital roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on value, urgency, complexity, and available capacity.
  • Align digital initiatives with corporate technology direction and standards, making the case for new technology where there is a strong business reason.
  • Maintain a working view of market trends and digital practices to inform priorities for the remediation sector.
  • Lead the delivery of digital initiatives, optimizing long-running programs and standing up new work.
  • Perform hands-on solution work, including configuration and build on platforms like Smartsheet and the Microsoft platform.
  • Oversee delivery to ensure initiatives meet scope, timing, quality, and expected benefits within corporate technology standards.
  • Lead the selection of the right technology for each need, matching tools and platforms to the job within corporate standards and agreed direction.
  • Assess where the business has capability to take on delivery work and where gaps are, recommending how to resource each initiative.
  • Coordinate and provide delivery direction to resources drawn from across the business to support initiatives.
  • Act as the translation layer between the business and technical resources, converting business needs into clear technical direction.
  • Implement and oversee QA/QC processes, reviewing solution designs for scalability, usability, and alignment with agreed direction.
  • Develop and deploy SOPs, templates, and playbooks for repeatable delivery.
