About the Role
The Digital Workplace Consultant role at Devoteam is a high-energy, operational position that plays a critical part in managing the company's global software ecosystem. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for shaping and maintaining the digital landscape, acting as a bridge between tool vendors and employees to ensure seamless communication and maximum value from every license. Your day-to-day activities will involve tool administration, configuration, and customization, as well as data-driven decision making to optimize tool usage and identify areas for cost savings.The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a strong desire to enhance the employee experience through the effective use of digital tools. You will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical support, and develop user-friendly training materials. Your ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner will be essential in this role.

What You Will Do
- Manage and maintain the company's suite of productivity, communication, and collaboration tools
- Configure and customize tools to meet the evolving needs of the business and employees
- Conduct regular audits of usage data to identify areas for cost savings and optimize license allocation
- Provide agile user support, acting as the first point of contact for tool-related queries
- Create and execute communication campaigns to promote tool adoption and usage
- Support the Digital Workplace Manager in attending meetings with business stakeholders and gathering requirements
- Develop and maintain user-friendly training materials and documentation
- Act as a point of contact for tool vendors, collaborating in contract negotiations and renewals
- Work with the security team to ensure all tools are configured and used in a secure and compliant manner
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes and employee workflows through the use of digital tools
What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience in a similar role, with hands-on experience administering productivity, communication, and collaboration tools
- Experience in IT operations, app management, or as a system administrator
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in leveraging Generative AI to enhance productivity while maintaining full ownership of the final output
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Commitment to transparency, detail orientation, and efficiency
- Experience working with business stakeholders to gather requirements
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools to track tool adoption and usage metrics
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to validate, refine, and adapt AI-generated content
Nice to Have
- Experience with Excel and other Microsoft Office tools
- Knowledge of security capabilities such as Single Sign-On (SSO) and Data Loss Prevention (DLP)
- Familiarity with contract negotiation and renewal processes
- Certification in IT service management or a related field
