About the Role

What You Will Do

  • Develop and implement AI strategies that drive business growth and innovation
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI adoption and drive its implementation
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to design and develop AI solutions
  • Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with business leaders to identify business needs and develop AI solutions to address them
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning
  • Develop and manage budgets for AI projects and initiatives
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with AI adoption
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners

What We Are Looking For

  • 8+ years of experience in AI or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing AI solutions that drive business growth
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning and deep learning
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple projects
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams, including data scientists and engineers
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the biopharma industry
  • Experience with AI development frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms, such as AWS or Google Cloud
