About the Role
As the Director of Asset Protection for North America Retail at ARC'TERYX, you will helm vital initiatives aimed at ensuring the safety of our assets and personnel through effective loss prevention strategies.Responsibilities
- Create and implement tailored asset protection initiatives for the North American market.
- Collaborate with retail and corporate teams to devise strategies that minimize risks.
- Lead the NAM Asset Protection team and develop training platforms.
- Identify and promote meaningful metrics and KPIs for the leadership team.
- Actively participate in retail leadership discussions to optimize assets and resources.
Requirements
- Proven experience in asset protection, preferably in retail settings.
