What We Are Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as business administration, marketing, or a related field
- At least 12 years of experience in sales and management, with a focus on the pharmaceutical and biotech industries
- 4-5 years of direct sales experience, preferably in a senior role
- 3 years of management responsibility, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve sales targets
- Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industries, including current trends and future directions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and team members
