About the Role
The Director, Client Experience (Paid Media) role at Real Chemistry is a pivotal position that combines strategic paid media expertise with exceptional client management skills. In this role, you will lead the development and execution of comprehensive paid media campaigns across various digital channels, ensuring alignment with client goals and objectives. Your day-to-day will involve close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including strategy, creative, and media buying, to deliver innovative and effective campaigns.As a key member of the client experience team, you will be responsible for fostering strong, long-term relationships with clients, understanding their unique needs, and tailoring solutions that meet their marketing objectives. Your expertise in paid media will be instrumental in guiding clients through the ever-evolving digital landscape, providing strategic recommendations, and measuring campaign success.
The role reports to a senior leader within the client experience department and will have direct impact on the growth and satisfaction of Real Chemistry's client base. What You Will Do
- Develop and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns that drive client engagement and conversion
- Conduct thorough analysis of campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for optimization
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their evolving needs and preferences
- Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in paid media
- Lead and participate in client meetings, presentations, and workshops to communicate campaign strategies and results
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support in their professional development
- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and develop pitches and proposals
- Ensure all campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard of quality
What We Are Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in paid media, with a focus on digital marketing campaigns
- Proven track record of success in managing and optimizing large-scale paid media campaigns
- Strong understanding of the digital media landscape, including platforms, tools, and technologies
- Excellent client management and relationship-building skills
- Ability to analyze complex data sets, identify trends, and provide actionable insights
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience in mentoring junior staff
- Proficiency in campaign management tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Adobe Advertising Cloud
- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools like Google Analytics, Data Studio, or Tableau
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

- Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
- Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant platform certifications
