About the Role

The Director, Clinical Success is a critical position at Inspiren, responsible for owning the operator relationship end-to-end. This is a strategic role that requires a deep understanding of the senior living industry, as well as the ability to drive commercial outcomes and expansion revenue. The successful candidate will be a trusted partner to senior living operators, working closely with executive stakeholders to drive adoption and ROI. The role involves operating at both the strategic and executive levels, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving meaningful outcomes.

The Director, Clinical Success will be responsible for driving the adoption of Inspiren's products and services among senior living operators. This will involve working closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and drive expansion revenue. The role will also involve mentoring and elevating the skills of other team members, as well as representing the voice of the customer internally.

What You Will Do

  • Own the operator relationship end-to-end, building trust and driving adoption and ROI
  • Drive commercial outcomes, including expansion revenue and client-validated ROI
  • Lead executive business reviews and present data-driven storytelling to executive stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with the sales team
  • Mentor and elevate the skills of other team members, including CSMs and CSDs
  • Represent the voice of the customer internally, surfacing themes and flagging risks
  • Create account plans and track progress against joint impact plans
  • Operate at both the strategic and executive levels, with a focus on building strong relationships and driving meaningful outcomes
