About the Role
Tines is seeking a Director of Community & Developer Advocacy to establish and grow its community and technical content engine. This role is at the forefront of community building, developer advocacy, and growth.Responsibilities
- Own the community strategy, operating model, and platform decision, then launch and drive early momentum.
- Build core community programs such as office hours, AMAs, challenges, and champions.
- Develop and manage templates and library content, including quality bar and review process.
- Establish a bottom-up contributor motion to scale the breadth and depth of templates and library sustainably.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in community building, developer advocacy, and growth, with a strong understanding of technical content creation and management. They should be skilled in creating and scaling community programs and have a keen eye for quality in technical content.How to Stand Out
