About the Role

The Director, Consumer Pricing at Airalo is a critical role that defines and leads the company's global pricing strategy and capability. As a key member of the team, you will establish pricing as a strategic growth lever, driving revenue growth and margin optimization. The role entails working closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Growth, Networks, Finance, and Data teams to shape how Airalo prices, packages, and monetizes connectivity globally.

The Director, Consumer Pricing will build and lead Airalo's pricing function, operating model, governance, systems, experimentation framework, and long-term monetization strategy. This role owns pricing performance globally and is accountable for driving measurable impact across revenue, margin, conversion, customer lifetime value, and competitive positioning.

What You Will Do

  • Define and lead Airalo's global pricing strategy and capability across B2C, B2B, and B2B2C businesses
  • Establish pricing as a strategic growth lever, balancing customer value, market competitiveness, revenue growth, and margin optimization
  • Build and lead Airalo's pricing function, operating model, governance, systems, experimentation framework, and long-term monetization strategy
  • Work closely with Executive Leadership, Product, Growth, Networks, Finance, and Data teams to shape how Airalo prices, packages, and monetizes connectivity globally
  • Own global pricing performance and drive measurable impact across revenue, margin, conversion, customer lifetime value, and competitive positioning
  • Define and evolve Airalo's global pricing strategy and architecture
  • Align and define pricing corridors along Airalo's brand values
  • Translate strategy into clear, repeatable pricing rules and logic
  • Design pricing across B2C and B2B/B2B2C channels
  • Audit the current pricing logic end-to-end and identify opportunities

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing strategy and management
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and margin optimization

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
